Refund policy

Write within 30 days of purchase and you will be refunded in full if the reading failed to generate, the PDF would not download, you were charged more than once for the same item, or the chart was computed from birth details the site mishandled.

Refunds are made to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

A purchase is proved by a cookie in the browser you bought it in, so clearing your browser or switching device can make a paid reading look gone. It is not: the restore page will bring it back from your order code, or from your email address and the last four digits of the card you paid with.

Readings are generated documents delivered at once, so a refund is not owed simply because you disagree with an interpretation or because a forecast did not come to pass — astrology is offered for reflection, not as prediction of fact. Requests of that kind are still read and answered case by case, and are usually granted the first time.

A refund ends access: the entitlement is revoked and the reading and its PDF stop opening.

You are also free to raise it with your bank or card issuer, but a message here is almost always faster than a dispute.
